A native Chattanoogan, Tom Bible has been practicing law since 1991. He opened his own law practice in 2004, and he has spent a considerable amount of time helping the Chattanooga community. Over the last 14 years, he has become the Chattanooga area’s largest bankruptcy filer.
Robert J. Wilkinson
Robert Jay Wilkinson is a native of Chattanooga, TN. Since graduating with a J.D. Degree in 1989, he has spent his time practicing Consumer bankruptcy and he has over 20 years in debtor practice and Creditors rights.
Alex T. Burd
Alex was born and raised in Chattanooga. He graduated from The McCallie School and went to college at the University of Alabama. Immediately after getting his bachelor’s degree, he began law school at Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Alabama. After graduation, Alex moved back home to Chattanooga and began working at Tom Bible Law. He is licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Alabama.

Jesse J. Campbell
Jesse Campbell is a seventh generation Northeast Tennessean. After graduating from High School, Jesse attended East Tennessee State University before enlisting in the United States Army shortly after 9/11. After nearly a decade of service that took him around the world, including deployments to Iraq, Bosnia, and the Horn of Africa, Jesse left the Army and took advantage of the G.I. Bill to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Tusculum University, followed by a Juris Doctor degree at the Appalachian School of Law where he graduated with honors near the top of his class.
