CHATTANOOGA BANKRUPTCY ATTORNEY
Alex was born and raised in Chattanooga. He graduated from The McCallie School and went to college at the University of Alabama. Immediately after getting his bachelor’s degree, he began law school at Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Alabama. After graduation, Alex moved back home to Chattanooga and began working at Tom Bible Law. He is licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Alabama.
Throughout his practice, Alex has represented clients in both federal and state court. His primary focus is bankruptcy, representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Alex also has experience assisting his clients through their personal injury claims, such as automobile accidents and wrongful death cases. He helps clients in estate planning, contract drafting, and civil defense representation as well. Alex’s goal as your attorney is to provide you with the care and attention you deserve, while zealously advocating for your rights. He understands that, while he and Tom Bible Law deal with these sometimes unfortunate parts of life on a daily basis, this is likely one of the few times you will ever consult an attorney. As such, he strives to make this experience as easy and stress free as possible.
Outside of the office, Alex enjoys hunting, golfing, watching Alabama football and Braves baseball, and spending time with his family. He and his wife are members at First-Centenary United Methodist Church. He is also the Executive Director of the MaryEllen Locher Scholarship Foundation.
